When I spotted Da Bomb’s Galaxy Bomb at Target recently, I was immediately intrigued. The fact that this bath bomb brand was created by teenage sisters made it even more compelling. After carefully reviewing the ingredients list and giving it my seal of approval, I knew I had to try it – especially since I’ve been on a space-themed beauty kick since experiencing FOREO’s UFO Smart Mask.

While dark bathwater might sound intimidating, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The water creates a mesmerizing starlit effect, and there’s even a delightful surprise hidden inside (no spoilers!).
As someone with sensitive, unpredictable skin, I approach bath bombs with caution. However, this black amber fizzer passed my sensitive skin test with flying colors. Post-bath, my skin felt comfortable with no signs of dryness or irritation. Unlike some bath bombs, I didn’t feel the need to rinse off afterward – a definite plus.
The young founders of Da Bomb deserve kudos for creating such a well-formulated product.
