Brand creator Brittany Oliver has degrees in Sociology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is the mother of two children.  She refers to herself as a “blendmaster” and makes her home in Raleigh, NC. Through life experiences, Brittany learned about the therapeutic benefits of essential oils, and the advantages of limiting our exposure to harmful chemicals and additives. On the Saige + Ivy Web site you will find information about their 100% satisfaction guarantee, and their claim that the deodorants are cleared for sensitive skin and won’t stain clothes. Also on the FAQ page you will read that the product’s shelf life is 6-7 months and that each bottle can last 10 weeks.  Also important to note: this product is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. It will not stop you from sweating but it will stop the stink!

Consumers are encouraged to complete a small skin patch test to rule out any allergic reactions. Pregnant and nursing women are advised to consult their healthcare provider before using products made with essential oils.
